Data collected and purposes
When you fill in the contact or brochure request form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, address and country.
This data is used only to answer your request for information about the Quinta de Faro development and, if you ask for it, to send you the brochure. It is processed on the basis of your consent (the tick box in the form).
Recipients
Your data is shared with the sales teams of Paraísos Heróicos, Serip Groupe and the Faro Sales Office, and with our technical providers: hosting (OVH), email, and spam protection for the forms (Cloudflare Turnstile). It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for a maximum of 3 years after our last exchange.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (Google, Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Union, in line with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
